Jessica Inkpen's Homepage
Jessica Inkpen moved to New Zealand in 2005 with her husband and young children where her love of painting and drawng has continued. She works in many mediums including pen, charcoal, ink, oils, acrylics and enjoys the print making process also. She was one of Air New Zealand's artists in residence in the Koru Lounge for 2014 and has exhibited at the New Zealand Art Show. She is also one of the founding members of the annual Miramar Penninsula Art Trail, she is currently exhibiting in Polo Cafe in Miramar.
Jessica is currently print making and working in acrylics and oils on canvas, she takes her inspiration from the beautiful landscapes around her home.
I have had several private exhibitions over the past few years, and currently have a few paintings and prints displayed in Polo Cafe in Miramar. I also took part in the first Miramar Eastern Peninsula Arts Trail, which is to become an annual event and will be held on the second weekend of March each year. I will be exhibiti over that weekend in my own home. Annually well over 30 local artists will be show casing their works, tickets will be available locally and on line nearer the time. I also study at Wellington Art Centre in an open studio forum. And am exhibiting for the first time in the NZ Affordable Art Show, held in Wellington in August.
I have completed several commissions and am always happy to discuss, simply drop me an email.
